• Domestic Shipping (Within UK):
  • Standard Shipping: Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £3.50
  • Express Shipping: Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £5

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
• The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Damages

• Rainah is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
• If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Address

• Rainah is not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.
• Please enter the correct shipping address when checking out.

Modifications to Orders

• Once your order has been shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.

• We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is in processing.
