Refund Policy
At Rainah Dogs, we take pride in creating high-quality products designed to bring joy and comfort to your furry friends. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
- We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
- Personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Non-Refundable Items
- For health and safety reasons, dog treats and other food products are non-refundable.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect food item, please contact us, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Exchanges
- We’re happy to exchange items if they’re defective or you’ve received the wrong product.
- To arrange an exchange, please contact us with your order details.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at returns@rainah.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide return instructions, including a shipping address.
- Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery back to us.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’re truly sorry! Please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
